I spoke to Patti to rent sun chase 302 in march 2024 and she is just the sweetest lady. Very easy to talk to and will work with you on a payment plan to rent from her.. From the moment we walked in the door til we left to go home it was a great vacation. One night the bath water wouldn’t turn off. Called Patti and she had maintenance soon after, it was fixed in no time. Didn’t have no other problems after that. We definitely will be back and rent from her again!! Thanks Patti

This condo was perfect for me and my wife. Perfect size for just us. Would be good for a few kids or another couple. It’s right on the beach. Beach access is so easy. Parking is easy and convenient. This condo is on the top floor with lots of stairs. It is not a good option for anyone that can’t do stairs but was good for us.

Our family really enjoyed our time and would love to come back.

Amazing location!!! The view of the balcony is beautiful and walking straight to beach from parking below! Condo was perfect for my teen daughter , my husband, and I. Everyone around was neighborly and friendly!! Everything you need for basic essentials . Having a washer/dryer was awesome. My only thing to say was be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs so if you’re not in physical good shape, this might be an issue, but it was perfect for us.!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunchase 302. Everything was as described and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and the short walk to the beach. If you don’t like stairs this is not the place for you. If you don’t mind, it is well worth the climb for the view alone! A few tips: if you are picky about your frying pan bring your own and also bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Central location, clean, comfortable. Wide beachfront for low density complex so plenty of beach space to spread out. The stairs aren't a big deal. Would stay here again.

This our second stay and we can’t wait to come back again! The location is perfect for our little family. There are so many fun things to do in the area. My kids love seeing the dolphins in the morning! The condo is fully stocked with everything we need. I recommend this place to everyone!

Patricia was a fantastic host and her home in Gulf Shores was beautiful and well maintained. We had everything we needed and more. The detail to cleanliness was incredible. Although the stairs were a little daunting for my guest we were still able to make it work and we had a fantastic time. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo was spotless. The views were amazing and spending time on the deck was so relaxing. Thank you to Patricia and her family!!!!

Patricia is one of the most professional and resourceful owners I have rented from. I had a short notice peak season request for an on the beach unit for 3. Not only was this request met, Patricia exceeded our expectations. She was able to put us right where we wanted to be! On the beach steps away from the Gulf of Mexico with a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo had everything we could have needed. It was well furnished and felt like our home away from home. Thank you Patricia we will definitely be calling on you for future stays.
