Sun Above , Sand Below, Peace Within

I believe this is our 4th Christmas at SunChase 107. It's perfect for me and my Daughter's family visit to Baldwin County each year. If you haven't been to the Florabama on Christmas Day, you're missing out. Patty is an excellent host and has multiple places too. See you in the spring.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean, plenty of room for our family. It was a home away from home with everything you need. Owners was great to work with. We will be returning and booking with the owners again in the future.

This property is right on the beach. Across the street from general store, restaraunt, seafood store and ice cream store! This property had all the amenities needed for a stay. Everything was in working order. Great location!

This was our first time in gulf shores as we normally go to Panama City. We loved Gulf Shores, it was very family oriented and laid back. We decided to make Gulf shores our beach destination from now on. The last day we were there on beach was the only day we didn’t as much care for. A group of college kids set up a tent right where you walk on and off beach to condos and had vulgar music playing for kiddos to hear. But other than that all was wonderful:)

This was the first year we have been able to take a vacation in October (too busy with kids normally). The location and the place was perfect! It is literally right on the beach and a short driving distance to anything you could possibly need or want. The only thing to keep in mind is a lot of these places are up on stilts. So even if you think you are first floor, you still have stairs to climb. This wasn't a problem for us but depending upon your situation it could be. This was truly a perfect getaway!

Great location!! Our family of six including a 1 year old had a wonderful stay at Sunchase 107. Beach was steps away!! We walked and got dinner and ice cream with no complaints from the kids. Everything that you need is here. We were able to make our food most of the time. Host was very easy to get a hold of and we highly recommend!!! Our first stay at Gulf Shores was amazing. We already want to come back!

I spoke to Patti to rent sun chase 302 in march 2024 and she is just the sweetest lady. Very easy to talk to and will work with you on a payment plan to rent from her.. From the moment we walked in the door til we left to go home it was a great vacation. One night the bath water wouldn’t turn off. Called Patti and she had maintenance soon after, it was fixed in no time. Didn’t have no other problems after that. We definitely will be back and rent from her again!! Thanks Patti

We loved it. What a view!

This condo was perfect for me and my wife. Perfect size for just us. Would be good for a few kids or another couple. It’s right on the beach. Beach access is so easy. Parking is easy and convenient. This condo is on the top floor with lots of stairs. It is not a good option for anyone that can’t do stairs but was good for us.

Our family really enjoyed our time and would love to come back.
